C-MagSys is distributed for free for every clinic. This will promote the usage of this software throughout Malaysia. It is embedded with advertisement slots that will be displayed in rotational manner. C-MagSys will connect to a centralized server everyday to check for any update – software or advertisement update.

If you are interested to advertise with us, you just need to perform the following steps:

Step 1
Register as advertiser here. We will send a confirmation email to your email address to activate your account.

Step 2
Activate your account and login to the advertiser area here.

Step 3
Place your order and make your payment using Paypal, bank transfer or credit card.

Step 4
Upload your company logo, image or any contents to be displayed as your product or service advertisement.

Action 1
We will process your order and create the flash banner using the materials uploaded by you according to our standard.

Action 2
We will notify you via e-mail and/or letter to confirm your advertisement status once your payment has been cleared.

Action 3
Via e-mail, we will send you a copy of advertisement banner in flash format (.swf file) for your perusal and verification.

Action 4
We will upload your advertisement banner on our production server.

Clinics will connect to our server and download your banner advertisement and then display it at C-MagSys.

There are 5 available slots available – 4 at C-MagSys (the clinic system), for doctor and clinic staff viewing and one at the Q-MagSys (the queue system), for public viewing.

You can also prepare your own flash banner and upload it to us during the upload process. However, it is subjected to our approval and we will let you know if any problem with it which may require you to modify and re-submit.

Basically, we will approve the banner if it satisfies our Terms & Conditions for advertising.

How the ad banner is displayed

Each slot may contains a number of ad banners that will be displayed in rotational manner. Your banner will be displayed at the slot you chosed during the order process. For each unit purchased, the ad banner will be displayed for 15 minutes. Of course, this is not the exact case that will happen for one particular clinic. Assumption made for this is that in average a clinic is opened for 15 hours in a day (with 24 hours clinics to consider too). Each appearance will last for 30 seconds, which means the same ad banner will appear for 30 times in a day of 15 business hours.

You may increase the appearance frequency of your ad banner by purchasing more slots for the same ad banner. However, it is subjected to slot availability. System users may click on your banner and this will bring them to your company or product website. C-MagSys will keep the statictic on how many times your ad banner is displayed and how many times it is clicked by the users.

1. Sizes stipulated above using horizontal x vertical length in pixels.

2. All files should be less than 50kb. Files bigger than 50kb will incur a surcharge.

3. All material for use in the stated advertisement must be sent by email to us at least three (3) business days before publication day.

4. Advertisements will run upon completion of Advertisement Order Form AND payment is cleared.

5. Upon invoicing, any cancellation of the Advertisement Order will incur a cancellation fee of at least 10% of invoice and RM100 is chargeable for any production work carried out, if any.

6. Upon commencement (ad is running), there will be no refund of cancellation of the Advertisement Order.

7. Animation used for the ad is subject to our approval. We will not accept ad which contains animation that is considered too distracted to the doctors.

8. The content used for the ad are not considered as offensive, deemed as unsuitable for public viewing and does not carry misleading information.

9. Health products require approval from Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM). You must submit to us the KKM approval number during ordering process.

10. All stated rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are subject to change. Customers that already placed their orders are rate-protected until the end of the order or the contract period.

11. S-Core IT Solutions Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for the loss of material in transit.

12. While all effort will be taken to keep the website running 24/7, S-Core IT Solutions Sdn Bhd will not compensate advertisers for server or website downtime for a period less than 8 hours. Should a shutdown of the site occur for a period longer than 8 hours, advertisers will be compensated by an additional 24 hours of advertising.
